Have a think about what you want from your activity holiday; The type of accommodation you would prefer and the activities you would like to undertake. We will help you to plan your Activity Holiday either: 1. Pre-booked adventures only or… 2. Pre-booked adventures and accommodation
As we deal with the Activity and Hospitality Providers direct we can make reservations at Cost Price plus a small administration fee.

1. Following receipt of your enquiry we shall enquire / make reservations with the respective Accommodation or Activity Providers, subject to availability. 2. Written confirmation of these reservations will be forwarded and should be checked. Please notify us within 10 days If any of the details are incomplete or incorrect. 3. A deposit of 10% of the total booking is required within 14 days of the date of confirmation invoice. 4. The balance of your Activities booking is due 6 weeks prior to departure. A final invoice will be forwarded about 8 weeks before, but no reminders will be sent. 5. The balance of your accommodation booking is due in line with the specific Accommodation Provider's terms and will be notified on the invoice. Note: If your holiday is due within 6 weeks or lesser time, the balance of the booking will be required immediately.
You will be provided with a Welcome Pack containing
1. Your tickets for the various activities 2. Contact numbers for Jersey Odyssey whilst you are in Jersey 3. Other local information will be handed to you on arrival or left for you at your accommodation. If any changes have needed to be made to your activity programme due to an adverse weather forecast, this will be clearly notified. If an alternative activity cannot be organised a full refund will be paid for the missed activity. If you wish us to book a taxi to meet you at your port of arrival we shall be pleased to arrange this for you – payment to be made direct to the taxi driver. There will be no arrangement charge for this booking.
